Barrel or container storage points with intermediate containers are available for binder storage, using either gravity drainage or pumping stations for moving binding agents over greater distances. The binder storage can be supplied with a cooling or heating system if the environmental temperatures have too much variation. All KLANN binder storage systems are equipped with a spillage retention tank in accordance with the WHG (German Federal Water Act), quick connections for container change and appropriate filter/absorber systems to limit contact with the air.
In large quantities of binder are required container storage is recommended. The storage construction allows for easy checking of the filling levels and easy container handling with a simple connection. Spillage is contained in trays at the connection points and larger leaks can be caught by a WHG certified retention tank.
The dosage and transport utilises an easily accessed, hermetically sealed double membrane pump at both closer and longer distances.
The binding agent is often delivered to smaller core shops in barrels, which is then stored appropriately as the binder must continually be introduced into the process.
Thanks to special filling level monitoring the timely exchange of binder components becomes easy.
